As we began our Strategic brainstorming sessions with Rhonda, we quickly came to the realization that our operations needed some serious work; or, as Rhonda would say, 'an area of greatest opportunity.' I feel timing is critical, and we are so thankful we began recognizing the importance of tightening our operations a couple years ago with some much needed policies and procedures that we have in place today. In light of the economic times we are in currently, the disciplined habits we have developed in our business has made a big impact on our bottom line.

As we have seen some of our competitors go out of business recently, we are excited knowing we will be in much better shape and more prepared than ever before.
