"Our company was established over 30 years ago but 2
years ago my current business partner and I bought out the
company. Although the company infrastructure did not
change drastically, my business partner and I viewed the change
in ownership as an opportunity to establish a brand new
culture, something that was very much needed. Although we
knew what we wanted we had no idea how to get there.
We hired Rhonda just a few months into our partnership and she
took us through a strategic planning session which truly rocked
our world and changed our lives. My business partner, our
General Manager and I met offsite for three days. I will
never forget the morning we first met, all of us overwhelmed,
full of tension, confusion and intense reservations about this
exercise, including the money we had committed to it.
Then Rhonda took us on the most amazing journey! By the
end of those three days, we knew who we were, what we wanted to
achieve, how we wanted to achieve it, and who was responsible
for the tasks in getting us there. We had established a
solid vision, values and mission for our company, an
organizational structure which played to the strengths of each
one of us, and both short and long term initiatives to ensure
success in reaching our company objectives. On top of all
that she facilitated the roll out of our “new
culture” and company vision, values and mission to our
staff (which we now refer to as our “team”) in the
most creative and meaningful way.
This was an experience that none of us will ever forget and we
are forever grateful to Rhonda for setting us up for success
both personally and professionally. Looking back over the
past year and a half, we can honestly say that the money that
we invested in Rhonda’s services was the best money would
could have ever spent. We continue to use the tools and
philosophies that she brought to us (which we affectionately
refer to as “Rhonda’s wisdoms”) to lead our
business on a daily basis.
Rhonda continues to guide us and keep us on track. When
we find ourselves unsure about virtually any aspect of our
business, Rhonda is truly only a phone call away. She
understands our needs like an architect understands the details
and idiosyncrasies of a structure that has been created
on paper and then built from the ground up. She always
manages to quickly get us back on the path to success.

some serious work; or, as Rhonda would say, 'an area of
greatest opportunity.' I feel timing is critical, and we are so
thankful we began recognizing the importance of tightening our
operations a couple years ago with some much needed policies
and procedures that we have in place today. In light of the
economic times we are in currently, the disciplined habits we
have developed in our business has made a big impact on our
bottom line.
As we have seen some of our competitors go out of business
recently, we are excited knowing we will be in much better
shape and more prepared than ever before. Our greatest assets
